My Philosophy

While working with me, you will discover ways to stay healthy without relying on quick fixes or short-term diets. I believe that the optimal approach is achieved by creating a balance between what is realistic and what is desired. I am eager to teach you the importance of meal balance and meal timing, show you easy ways to create meal consistency and above all help you navigate unpredictability of life while keeping your health a priority.  For instance, I will provide ideas on how to make small changes, such as adding more protein to your meals or finding an optimal exercise regimen. These changes can have a big impact on your overall health and wellbeing. I promise no gimmicks and complex detoxes in these pages, instead, I will share all of the things I personally do in order to keep myself healthy.

About Me

As a Health Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner with a background in Nutrition, my focus is on finding the root cause of the problem rather than simply masking symptoms with quick fixes. With this in mind, I strive to tailor my method in order to meet the specific needs of my clients. For instance, I draw on a variety of modalities to design a custom health plan for each client, such as nutrition, lifestyle, and mindfulness practices, to help them reach their health and wellness goals. I primarly work with clients who are interested in avoiding metabolic diseases, improving their overall health, changing their body composition, or simply adjusting to healthier eating habits.


My formal education in Food Science and Nutrition was complemented by an in-depth study of the human body. To expand my knowledge, I sought to understand how stress, gut healht, toxins, and hormones impact the aging process as well as our health. For example, I studied extensively how certain hormones such as cortisol can cause inflammation and can lead to a variety of health issues. The opportunity to study under a wonderful Naturopathic Doctor was invaluable to me. He taught me how to integrate Functional, Chinese, and Ayurvedic medicine into rebalancing and healing protocols. All three forms of healing focus on the belief that the body is interconnected, and the health of each system affects the health of the entire organism. By looking at the body as a whole, I am able to identify the underlying causes and provide personalized approach to restore balance and health. Health and longevity have always fascinated me and I have built a successful career in this field as a result of my curiosity.
