Metabalance Nutrition is a nutrition and lifestyle practice that teaches the importance of metabolic health and its effects on overall well-being. You may wonder if metabolic health is something you need to worry about. An “alarmingly high” number of American adults are not achieving optimal metabolic health, leaving them at increased risk for serious diseases. Conditions affected by poor metabolic health include increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels. One or multiple symptoms of metabolic disorder are considered Metabolic disease. All or one of these have dierct impact on your weight, energy levels and ability to maintain healthy muscle mass. The Metabalance Method focuses on creating absence of metabolic disease.
